Delaware State Police Arrest Millsboro Man for Assault and Resisting Arrest

Millsboro, DE – Delaware State Police arrested 35-year-old Brandon Myers of Millsboro, Delaware, for multiple felony assault and resisting arrest charges in Long Neck on Sunday morning.

At approximately 5:38 a.m., troopers responded to a house near Millsboro for an assault involving Myers, who resisted arrest and attempted to take a trooper’s gun before being subdued with a taser. Myers was later charged and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $94,301 bond.
