Delaware State Police Identify Victim in Bear Pedestrian Crash

Bear, DE – The Delaware State Police have released the identity of the pedestrian who died in a crash on Tuesday. The victim was identified as 45-year-old Jose Reyes-Medina from Newark, Delaware.
