Delaware state police investigating shooting threat at Bedford Middle School

NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE – Delaware State Police are investigating a social media post threatening the safety of Gunning Bedford Middle School today. The authorities take such threats seriously and have implemented safety measures to ensure the security of students and staff.

At this time, police have not indicated any immediate threat to the school.

The Troop 2 Criminal Investigations Unit is currently handling the investigation.
