DENVER, PA – Gary Lee Sweigart has been recently arrested and charged with possession and dissemination of child [censored]ography, and criminal use of a communication facility after authorities executed a search warrant at his residence in the 400 block of North 9th Street.
Police located a desktop computer containing 198 images or videos of child [censored]ography and an external hard drive with 216 images or videos of child [censored]ography.
A warrant was issued for Sweigart’s arrest, and he agreed to turn himself in for arraignment but failed to do so. He was taken into custody yesterday, during a traffic stop and is being held at Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
