Did You Lose a Floating Dock Along Antietam Creek? Here it is

Hagerstown, MD – The Maryland Department of Natural Resources – Natural Resources Police is seeking public assistance to locate the owner of a floating dock. The dock was discovered along Antietam Creek in the vicinity of Covenant Way in Hagerstown, Washington County, following a period of high water levels which likely caused the dock to break free and drift downstream.

Authorities believe the dock originated from somewhere upstream and are asking anyone with information about its ownership to come forward. Corporal McKenzie Neville is leading the investigation and can be reached at 443-433-6926 or via email at mckenzie.neville@maryland.gov.

The Maryland Natural Resources Police hope that with the public’s help, they can return the dock to its rightful owner.
