Dirt Bike Rider Critical in Hit and Run Crash

West Deer, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit responded to a hit-and-run incident involving a dirt bike in West Deer. At 8:31 pm on Tuesday, County 9-1-1 received a report about a vehicle striking a dirt bike in the 1800 block of Saxonburg Blvd.

First responders found an adult male victim in critical condition at the scene. The victim was airlifted to a local hospital for treatment, while the striking vehicle involved fled the scene. Detectives are now starting the investigation into the incident, with initial information revealing that the collision occurred as both vehicles traveled south on Saxonburg Blvd.
