COLUMBUS, OH – On January 18, at 11:40 am, a robbery occurred in a parking lot on the 1200 block of Mt. Vernon Ave.
The victim, attempting to purchase a vehicle, was approached by an armed suspect demanding money.
The suspect fled with the victim’s cell phone.
The Columbus Police Department’s Robbery Unit, led by Detective Siers, is actively investigating the case.
