AKRON, OH – Akron Police Department is requesting public assistance in identifying the suspects of a shooting incident that took place on Monday.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., the unnamed suspects reportedly shot an elderly man in the driveway of the 500 block of Lovers Lane. The assailants were seen leaving the scene in a red Chevy Trailblazer, heading eastbound.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Akron Police Detective Bureau or the Summit County Crimestoppers. Please refrain from approaching the suspects as they are considered armed and dangerous, and instead call 911.
