This beautiful pittie was abandoned outside of a store. He was tied to a fence and his owner just left him. He was rescued but was scared and confused and missing his home. He had severe hip and muscle atrophy.
A foster stepped in and took him home so he could get treatment for his medical condition. He loves everyone and now may be adopted by his foster. Watch the video below.
