Domestic Dispute Leads to Assault Citation in Wilkes-Barre

Wilkes-Barre, PA – In the early hours of Wednesday, authorities responded to a domestic dispute report at 312 North Empire Court.

A verbal altercation between Sedrick BLACKETT and a female victim escalated, resulting in BLACKETT allegedly striking her. The victim claimed to be unharmed, and BLACKETT received a harassment citation.
