Domestic Disturbance Leads to Arrest in Warrington

WARRINGTON, PA — On Friday, at approximately 7:59 A.M., Warrington Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Pileggi Road following reports of a domestic disturbance in progress.

The investigation revealed that Miguel Angel Orellana Jr. was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend, during which he began choking her after smashing items throughout the apartment.

Orellana was located, arrested, and processed a short time after the incident. He was arraigned by Judge Wertman, who set bail at $25,000.00 or 10% cash, and subsequently transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Orellana faces charges including strangulation, simple assault, and harassment.

The Warrington Police Department emphasizes that criminal charges are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The department ask anyone with additional information regarding the incident to come forward.
