Donovan Catholic Sneaks By Middletown South in 17-13 Win

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — In a closely contested battle, Donovan Catholic edged out Middletown South 17-13 in Friday night football action.

Both teams remained scoreless through the first three quarters. The game took a turn in the final quarter when Donovan Catholic broke the deadlock to score 17 points. Middletown South followed suit with 13 points but fell short of a win.

With this victory, Donovan Catholic advances to a 7-1 record in the Shore Conference, while Middletown South drops to 3-4.
