Doorbell video camera sparks police hunt for man who stalked, threatened woman

KENNETT SQUARE, PA – On Monday, an arrest warrant was issued for Juan Castro-Fernandez, age 35, who is charged with terroristic threats, stalking, harassment, and other related offenses.

The charges stem from a report of a domestic situation that was not in progress.

The victim claims that Castro-Fernandez threatened to harm them, followed them in an unknown vehicle, and caused damage to a window and their Ring camera at their residence.

After reviewing the camera footage and observing the damage to the property, charges were filed at District Court.
