CHARLOTTE, NC – A double homicide occurred at an apartment complex on Lodge South Circle in Charlotte, on Saturday.
Daron Polk, 32, known as ‘Tenzino’, and another victim were fatally shot in an incident that left four people shot in total.
Polk was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second deceased victim was declared dead at the hospital during emergency care.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department reported that the three surviving victims were immediately taken to the hospital. The identities of these victims and the second deceased individual have not been disclosed.
Daron Polk is survived by several children. As of now, no suspects have been apprehended in connection with the shooting. The investigation is ongoing, and the police ask anyone with information to come forward.
