GLENELG, MD — Howard County Police are investigating a tragic incident in the 14000 block of Triadelphia Road, Glenelg, which occurred on January 14. The episode, classified as a domestic double murder-suicide, involved Christopher Zanski, 42, and his two children.

Responding to a welfare check just before 11 p.m., officers discovered an adult and two juveniles with gunshot wounds. Preliminary investigations suggest that Christopher Zanski fatally shot his children, Braden Zanski, 17, and Hailey Zanski, 15, before turning the gun on himself. All three lived at the residence.

Current evidence indicates no involvement of other parties, and the motive remains undetermined.
