Double Shooting Leaves Man And Woman Injured in D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Two people were hospitalized after a shooting in Southeast D.C. early Monday morning, police confirmed.

The shooting occurred around 1:18 a.m. at the 2000 block of Savannah Terrace. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man and a woman with gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to the hospital by D.C. Fire and EMS for treatment of minor injuries.
