Double Shooting Leaves One Dead, Teen Critical in Passaic

PASSAIC, NJ — An early morning shooting on Harrison Street, near Holy Trinity Catholic Church, left one person dead and another injured on Saturday, October 28, according to a statement by Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman.

The older victim was pronounced dead at the scene following the 3:16 a.m. incident. The younger victim was transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment. Authorities did not identify either victim.

No arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified.
