Double shooting sends victims fleeing to nearby Navy base

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A double shooting recently took place at 6300 Montour Street, within the jurisdiction of the 2nd District Police Department.

Two men were injured in the incident, with at least one of them seeking refuge inside the nearby Navy Base’s fenced area. Subsequent police action involved transporting the victims to a hospital for immediate treatment.

The crime scene investigation has so far revealed at least six shell casings. The investigation into the shooting incident is currently in progress.
