Dover Police Arrest Suspect in November Shooting

DOVER, DE – The Dover Police Department has successfully apprehended 23-year-old Brice Hall in connection with a shooting that occurred on November 13, 2023. The incident, which took place on Hampton Drive, resulted in a 20-year-old male sustaining non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Detectives, through their investigation, identified Hall as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest. On December 7, 2023, at 12:49 p.m., Hall was taken into custody without incident by Dover Probation and Parole officers. Following his arrest, he was processed and arraigned at the Dover Police Department.

Hall faces multiple charges, including Assault Second Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Conspiracy Second Degree, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Reckless Endangering First Degree, Possession of a Firearm By a Person Prohibited, Criminal Mischief, and Violation of Probation, with bail set at $47,000 cash.

The initial incident involved three suspects, described as black males wearing ski masks, who opened fire on the victim as he arrived at his home.
