Volusia County, FL – In an incident that unfolded early this morning, Jason Brzuszkiewicz found himself in legal trouble after deliberately circumventing a closed gate marked “DO NOT ENTER” to drive onto a beach. The event, caught on witness video, led to Brzuszkiewicz’s arrest and charges for violating Volusia County Ordinance 20-174 [8], specifically for failing to pay the vehicular access fee required for beach entry.

Following the incident, Brzuszkiewicz was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail, where he is being held on a $200 bond.
