Driver Extricated After Vehicle Roll-Over Crash

PITTSBURGH, PA – Early Thursday morning, emergency crews from Pittsburgh EMS, Fire, and Police were called to the scene of a vehicle rollover at the intersection of Banksville Road and Carnahan Road. A female was found trapped inside an overturned vehicle.

Upon arrival, Public Safety units confirmed the entrapment. Rescue efforts involved Medic 3, who provided immediate care to the victim and applied protective measures within the wrecked vehicle.

Simultaneously, EMS Rescue 2 worked to stabilize the vehicle and removed the windshield, facilitating the safe extrication of the patient. The woman was subsequently transported to the hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.

The swift response and coordinated efforts of the emergency teams ensured that the victim received prompt and effective medical attention at the scene.
