CHICAGO, IL – A female driver, 18, was wounded in a shooting incident on Tuesday in the 6000 block of W Wabansia. Two unidentified offenders standing on the street began firing shots at the victim’s vehicle, striking her in the right leg. The injured driver managed to transport herself to West Suburban Hospital, where she is currently in good condition.
Area Five detectives are leading the investigation into the shooting.
