Driver Shot Dead in Versailles Crashed into Building

The Allegheny County Police Department has announced a man was killed and crashed his car into a structure in Versailles Borough. It became clear the man suffered from a gunshot wound which caused his death and his vehicle to leave the roadway.

“At approximately 12:41 am on May 20, 2022, County 9-1-1 was notified of a car into a structure in the 4700 block of Walnut Street,” police said. “First responders found an adult male victim deceased from an apparent gunshot wound inside the vehicle. At approximately 12:55 am an adult male suspect turned himself into White Oak police.”
