Drug Trafficker Who Supplied Fentanyl to Dealers Across Buffalo Gets 6 Years in Prison

BUFFALO, NY (Erie County Release) – Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 26-year-old Khaled Khan of Buffalo was sentenced this morning before State Supreme Court Justice Paul B. Wojtaszek to a determinate sentence of 6 years in prison followed by 18 months of post-release supervision. He was sentenced today as a second felony offender.
