Drunken Man Arrested for Pointing Loaded Rifle Victim While Trespassing

WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA – On Saturday, around 2:00 am, NLCRPD Officers responded to a reported weapons violation on the 100 block of Race Street.

Daniel Hoffman, 38, of Lititz, was taken into custody at the scene.

Hoffman was dressed in a military-style outfit with ballistic panels and pointed a loaded AR15 rifle at a victim.

Hoffman faces multiple charges including Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Body Armor, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another, Simple Trespass, and Public Drunkenness.

He was arraigned on the associated charges. The NLCRPD Officers are responsible for the investigation.
