DUI Arrest at Staffordboro Commuter Lot

STAFFORD, MD — A driver was charged with driving under the influence late Monday night at the Staffordboro Commuter Lot. Deputy X.D. Bates discovered the driver asleep in a running vehicle, which was heated to an unusually high temperature. The incident occurred at 11:44 PM.

Upon investigation, the driver exhibited signs of intoxication and confessed to consuming four beers before deciding to drive. Following the assessment, he was arrested and taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held until deemed sober.
