Dump Truck Overturns on NJ Turnpike in Edison

EDISON, NJ – An overturned dump truck caused disruptions on the NJ Turnpike in Edison on Saturday.

The incident occurred on the outer roadway of the southbound lanes, at the entrance ramp of Interchange 10 leading to Rt. 440 and Route 287, according to NJDOT.

As of 11 a.m., the left shoulder of the roadway remained blocked. Traffic updates and further details are pending.

The roadway has since been fully reopened.
