BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore County Police Department is urgently seeking information on the whereabouts of 17-year-old Breanna Kinslow-Hatcher, who was last seen in the Dundalk area on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
Breanna is described as being 4’11” tall and weighs 121 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red Adidas shirt and a multi-colored jacket adorned with cartoon graphics. The police have classified her disappearance as critical.
