Duo Flees with Stolen Goods in D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A retail theft in Northwest D.C. has prompted authorities to seek the community’s help in identifying two suspects captured on surveillance cameras.

The incident occurred on July 17 at approximately 6:00 p.m., when two suspects entered a store in the 1700 block of 14th Street, Northwest, stole merchandise, and fled the scene.

Images of the suspects have been released to the public.

Anyone with information about the suspects or the theft is encouraged to contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to 50411. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
