TOMS RIVER-The Toms River Police Department was on hand this week to participate in the East Dover Baptist Church’s annual trunk or treat event.
“Thank you, everyone, for coming out, thank you to volunteers and to TRPD for sending officers, Police Explorers, and 2 cars for the kids to see and get goodies! We will see you all again next year,” the Church posted on Facebook.
