WEST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, PA – An East Orange, N.J., resident, Aiven Rosario, 26, was sentenced last Friday to a term of 4 ½ to 9 years in state prison.
Rosario was convicted of assaulting a victim with a golf club, resulting in significant injuries.
The incident took place on March 6, 2021, around 9:52 p.m. in West Lampeter Township.
During the assault, the golf club broke and struck the victim in the head, causing a traumatic brain injury.
The victim has been undergoing treatment since the incident. At the sentencing, Rosario expressed remorse and apologized to the victim.
