EAST PETERSBURG, PA – On Sunday, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 6400 block of Fairfax Circle, East Petersburg Borough.
The victim reported that his fiancée, 34-year-old Kristina Yanni of East Petersburg, took his cellphone and refused to return it.
Evidence indicated Yanni scratched the victim’s face and neck.
Yanni faces charges of Simple Assault and Theft. She was arrested on Monday.
As per law, all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
