Shelton, CT – A Fairfield County man was charged with sexual assault after allegedly attacking his neighbor during a visit regarding a package on Wednesday, April 24.
According to Det. Richard Bango of the Shelton Police, the 29-year-old woman, accused 76-year-old Dennis Barry of kissing her inappropriately, fondling her, and attempting sexual contact. Barry was arrested, charged, released on bond, and ordered not to contact the victim pending his court appearance on Monday, April 29.
