Elderly Man Injured in Attack in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY – On Friday, January 12, a 65-year-old man was assaulted in Brooklyn, resulting in minor injuries. The incident occurred around 9:45 AM near Franklin Avenue and Union Street. The assailant, described as a male with a medium complexion, struck the victim in the face, causing him to fall. The attacker fled on foot in an undetermined direction.

Emergency services transported the victim to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he remains in stable condition. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hat, sunglasses, an orange hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and white sneakers. Authorities are investigating and seeking information from the public.
