The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 79-year-old Endangered Missing Person Joe Hubert. He was last seen at 6:00 A.M., on Friday, October 29th, 2021, on the Unit block of north Dewey Street.
He is 5’4″, 130 lbs., gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red/black hat with “Savage” lettering, blue varsity jacket, white button-down shirt, blue jeans and black shell top sneakers. He likes to frequent 60th and Market Street.
