Elderly Man Robbed in Broad Daylight in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY – A 75-year-old man fell victim to a brazen robbery on Sunday afternoon in the area of Havemeyer Street and Broadway. At around 4:25 PM, an unidentified suspect forcefully took money directly from the elderly victim’s hands before fleeing the scene.

The suspect, described as a male with a dark complexion, was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, a blue shirt, black pants, and black and blue sneakers. The direction in which the suspect fled remains unknown, and the police are actively seeking any leads to identify and capture the perpetrator.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in the case.
