PHILADELPHIA, PA – An elderly man has gone missing after being last seen near Oxford Street.
The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 68-year-old Missing Person Gerald O’Bryant. He was last seen at 3:30 A.M., on Friday, July 22, 2022, on the 22xx block of Oxford St.
He is 5’5, 117lbs, brown eyes, white curly hair, and last seen wearing a blue “Univ of Penn” long sleeve shirt and black pants.
