Elderly suspect sought in Erie church burglary

ERIE – The Erie Police Department has taken to social media to request the public’s help in identifying a male suspect connected to a recent burglary and theft incident. The incident occurred at St. Peter’s Cathedral on June 30, at approximately 6:00 PM.

Authorities have shared a photograph of the suspect, who is described as wearing a dark jacket, blue jeans, and glasses.

The Erie Police Department urges anyone who may have information about the individual or can assist in identifying him to come forward. Detective Fiorvanti can be reached at (814) 870-1517.
