BARNEGAT, NJ – The Barnegat Police Department has released a public advisory seeking assistance in finding Sheila Best, a 65-year-old resident originally from Asbury Park. Sheila, who recently moved to Barnegat two weeks ago, is in the early stages of dementia.
She was last seen leaving her home in the Windward Development around 1:23 pm on Monday.
Sheila is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds, and was wearing the clothing depicted in the provided images when she departed. Those with any information regarding her location are urged to contact the Barnegat Police Department at 609-698-5000.
