Bronx, NY – Two individuals were injured in a physical dispute at an apartment on Woodycrest Avenue on Sunday evening.
Police reports indicate that at approximately 7:30 PM, a verbal altercation at 901 Woodycrest Avenue involved two males and one female confronting a 69-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl. The argument quickly escalated into physical violence, with the elder victim being punched in the face and the teenager being shoved. The aggressors also forcibly took the house phone to prevent the victims from calling for assistance before fleeing northbound on Anderson Avenue.
Both victims declined medical treatment following the incident. The police are currently investigating the altercation and the search for the three individuals involved is underway.
