Elmira Woman Charged for Illegal Sale of Cannabis

WELLSVILLE, NY – This past Friday, the Wellsville Police, with assistance from New York State Police VGNET Officers, arrested Jennifer Soto, a 37-year-old resident of Elmira.

Soto was charged with Unlawful Sale of Cannabis.

This is a violation linked to her alleged operation of a store selling cannabis without a license within the Village of Wellsville.

Following the execution of a search warrant and an investigation, Soto was issued an appearance ticket.

She is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 15th at 4:30 pm to respond to the charges.
