NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department requests public assistance regarding a robbery that occurred on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at about 7:15 pm. The incident took place at a business located at 1431 Rockaway Parkway.
An unidentified male, armed with a firearm, demanded that a 24-year-old employee open the cash register.
Complying with the demand, the victim witnessed the suspect take approximately $3,000 before fleeing.
The suspect is described as about 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds, and was last seen wearing a green coat, gray hooded sweatshirt, and gray sneakers.
