Ephrata Man Charged with Domestic Violence-Related Assault

EPHRATA, PA – On Tuesday, Steven Judd, a 33-year-old resident of Ephrata, was arrested and charged with multiple domestic violence-related offenses.

The charges include Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and Harassment following an incident at his residence.

According to the report, Judd allegedly pointed a loaded handgun at the victim and struck her with the weapon.

 He was arraigned at Lancaster County Central Booking and subsequently released on bail. The victim, who refused medical treatment at the scene, was not transported to a hospital.

The Ephrata Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
