Fair Lawn Swears in Chief for a Day

Fair Lawn, NJ – The Fair Lawn Police Department had the honor of swearing in Chief Aarav Karki as Chief for a Day.

Chief Karki was welcomed at Memorial Middle School and sworn in by Mayor Gail Rottenstrich alongside Chief Cauwels.

Following the swearing-in ceremony, Chief Karki engaged with numerous officers and took office to gain insight into police operations.

The day included a visit to the Bergen County Sheriff’s office and courthouse, marking an enriching experience for the young chief.

The Fair Lawn community extends gratitude to all who contributed to making this day possible.
