Fairfax Woman Shocked to Discover $100,000 Lottery Win

FAIRFAX, VA – Muna Kurdi thought she had won around $600 from her Cash Game ticket until she went to the Virginia Lottery’s Northern Virginia customer service center and learned her ticket was worth $100,000.

Kurdi bought her winning ticket at the 7-Eleven located at 10140 Fairfax Boulevard in Fairfax, Virginia.

Cash Game is a scratcher game offered by the Virginia Lottery that features prizes from $5 to $100,000. This win represents the first top prize claimed for the game, leaving two more top prizes yet to be claimed. The odds of winning the top prize in Cash Game are 1 in 1,387,200, while the chances of winning any prize stand at 1 in 3.91.
