Fairlawn Man Wins $2-million annuity top prize on Scratch-Off

Richard won the game’s $2-million annuity top prize. He chose the $1-million cash option payout and will receive approximately $720,000 after federal and state tax withholdings.

Richard purchased his winning ticket at Get Go #3425, located at 3120 West Market Street in Fairlawn. The store receives a $10,000 sales bonus.

As of Sept. 30, the Ohio Lottery has eight, $2-million annuity top prizes remaining in $300 Million Diamond Dazzler, as well as other great prizes. Richard beat odds of 1 in 1.2 million to win.
