Fake Movers Take Off with Over $200,000 in Belongings, Along with Payment

On January 11th, a resident made a report of theft, according to the Jackson Police Department.

It was reported that she had contracted with a moving company to move belongings, estimated in excess of $200,000.00, to North Carolina. The company then took her payment and her belongings.
