VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – A two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle claimed the life of a 29-year-old man at the intersection of South Independence Boulevard and Dahlia Drive.
Carlos Forbes of Virginia Beach was pronounced deceased on the scene by officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) who responded to the incident at 09:47 AM on September 18.
The VBPD Traffic Safety Unit is actively investigating the case. The investigation remains open and ongoing.
