On Saturday, police responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired near Clarkson Avenue and East 52nd Street in the 67th Precinct at approximately 2:12 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 40-year-old male victim suffering from two gunshot wounds to the back and one to the head. Despite immediate medical attention by EMS, the victim, identified as Anthony Lancaster, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
