Man Found Dead On Baltimore Street With Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Baltimore, Maryland – Authorities launched a homicide investigation on Wednesday night following a shooting incident reported around 10:48 p.m. in the 2000 block of East 31st Street.

Upon reaching the scene, officers discovered a male victim lying on the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite medical intervention, the victim was pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as  32-year-old Travis Bell.
